1.3 Return Pickup Attempts

• Return pickups will be scheduled within24–48 hoursfrom the date of your request.
• A maximum ofthree pickup attemptswill be made.

1.4 Service Availability

• Reverse pickup services are subject toavailability in your area.

1.5 Eligibility for Returns

• Items must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in theiroriginal condition.
• Returned with theoriginal packaging, tags, and invoice.

1.6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products.
• Clearance or“final sale” items.

• Return shipping charges will be covered byVajooni Jaipur.
• Other Returns:
• Customers are responsible for thereturn shipping charges, unless otherwise specified.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchangesare accepted forsizeorcolor changes, subject to product availability.
• The process for exchanges is the same as the return process.
